PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination data management device, operation method thereof and operation program thereof that make it possible to support a secondary use of medical examination data in a manner suited for patient's will.SOLUTION: A data registration unit 42 is configured to register medical examination data of patients with the medical examination data classified into non-disclosure data in which only a primary use for medical examination of the patient in person is possible and disclosure data to be disclosed for a secondary use other than the primary use. An adverse phenomenon determination unit 43 is configured to determine whether an adverse phenomenon indicative of a worsening tendency of a symptom such as a side effect of a medication, and the like occurs with respect to the patient. A transition processing unit 44 is configured to, when it is determined that the adverse phenomenon occurs, start transition preparation processing for transition of at least a part of the non-disclosure data to the disclosure data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
