摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement handrail gripping jig capable of gripping a movement handrail in a stable state by suppressing an influence by capacity of an operator.SOLUTION: A movement handrail gripping jig 1 includes: a pair of gripping bodies 4, 5; a pair of housings 2, 3; and fixtures 6A, 6B. The pair of gripping bodies 4, 5 sandwich a movement handrail 100 of a passenger conveyor from both end parts in a width direction. On the pair of housings 2, 3, the pair of gripping bodies 4, 5 are mounted respectively. The fixtures 6A, 6B fix the pair of housings 2, 3 with each other in a gripping state where the pair of gripping bodies 4, 5 are gripping both end parts 102, 103 of the movement handrail 100 in the width direction respectively. In the gripping bodies 4, 5, protrusion parts 43, 53 are formed which protrude upward out of a height direction, and in a gripping state, which come into contact with lower end parts 104, 105 located on the lower side than a central part in the height direction, out of the end parts of the movement handrail 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
