Provided are a method and device for adjusting time. The method comprises: obtaining a time difference value between a system time of a main station and that of an terminal station, and respectively obtaining location information of the main station, a satellite communicatively connected to the main station and the terminal station communicatively connected to the satellite (S102); calculating, according to the time difference value and the location information of the main station, the satellite and the terminal station, a modification value for modifying a time value of the terminal station for transmitting a reverse signal (S104); adjusting, according to the modification value, a scheduled time value for transmitting the reverse signal (S106). The present invention addresses the problem of a high reverse interference and high error rate caused by overlapping timeslots when a terminal station communicates with a main station in the related art. |
