A power conversion device 100 is provided with: a junction temperature estimation unit 104-2 for, on the basis of a power loss estimation value estimated on the basis of the detection value of the output current of a main circuit 102, the temperature of fins for cooling the main circuit 102, the flow rate of a fluid for cooling the fins, and the temperature detection value of the fluid, estimating the junction temperature of the main circuit 102, which is made to correspond to the flow rate of the fluid and the load factor of the main circuit 102, or the junction temperature of the main circuit, which is made to correspond to the flow rate of the fluid and the detection value of the output current of the main circuit; and a display information generation unit 104-3 for generating display information to be displayed on a display unit by making the junction temperature estimation value estimated by the junction temperature estimation unit 104-2, the flow rate of the fluid, the load factor of the main circuit 102, and a junction temperature determination value correspond to each other and for outputting the generated display information on the display unit. |
