PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent toner binder capable of obtaining low-temperature fixability, glossiness, hot offset resistance, and heat resistant storage stability and satisfying all of toner fluidity, charge stability, grindability, image intensity, bending resistance, and document offset properties.SOLUTION: Used is a toner binder obtained by a manufacturing method including the step of reacting the molten mixture of a polyester resin (A) obtained by polycondensing a diol component (x) including an ethylene oxide adduct (x1) of a bisphenol A and a dicarboxylic acid component (y) and having an acid value of less than 5 KOHmg/g and a polyester resin (B) having an acid value of 5 KOHmg/g or more and 30 KOHmg/g or less with a polyvalent isocyanate compound (D) to obtain an urethane modified polyester resin (C).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
