Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method, a receiving end device and a sending end device, applied to a wireless local area network (WLAN) with a 60GHz frequency band. The method comprises: receiving a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU), the PPDU comprising a short training field, and a PPDU standard being a first standard or a second standard, wherein when the PPDU standard is the first standard, the short training field sequentially comprises 16 Golay sequences a and a Golay sequence -a, or when the PPDU standard is the second standard, the short training field sequentially comprises a Golay sequence -a, 16 Golay sequences a and a Golay sequence -a; mutually correlating the short training field and a pre-set Golay sequence, so as to obtain a mutual correlation result; and determining, according to the mutual correlation result, that the PPDU is a PPDU having the first standard or the second standard. Embodiments of the present invention can determine, according to a mutual correlation result, a standard of a physical frame, thereby automatically identifying the standard. |
