PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human error diagnostic system which diagnoses the possibility of the generation of a human error. SOLUTION: The human error diagnostic system diagnoses the possibility of the generation of the human error of a type that an action or judgement to be performed is omitted when attention to the action or the judgement to be performed deviates to others by a DNN error simulation problem for which a perspective memory problem (S20-S26) requesting reaction by pressing a key A40-1 whenever two minutes pass and a 5-digit numerical value recitation problem (S30-S34) are combined.
