PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board inspection device capable of accurately inspecting a circuit board. SOLUTION: The circuit board inspection device comprises a signal output section 2 for outputting a signal for inspection including an alternating current signal of a predetermined cycle, and a magnetic field detection section 3 that detects, as a detection signal Ss, a magnetic field generated by applying the signal for inspection to a conductor pattern of the circuit board, extracts a component corresponding to the cycle of the alternating current signal from the detection signal Ss, and outputs an extraction signal Se to it. The circuit board inspection device determines goodness/badness of the circuit board based on the extraction signal Se.
