PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent supercooling at a low cost by a cold insulating apparatus of simple structure. SOLUTION: The cold insulating apparatus is provided with a first container 10 with a first liquid 11 filled and sealed, and a second container 20 disposed in the first container 10. The second container 20 is filled with a second liquid 21 with a higher freezing temperature than the first liquid 11, and sealed, and at least a part of the second container 20 is formed of a membrane 31 through which the second liquid 21 can at least partially pass but the first liquid 11 cannot pass. At least a part of a remaining part of the part of the second container 20 may be formed of an elastic membrane 32 capable of absorbing a volume change of the second container 20. In a preferred embodiment, the first liquid 11 is a sodium chloride aqueous solution, and the second liquid 21 is pure water. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
