PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a member to be mounted capable of suppressing the number of components and working hours required for mounting electronic equipment, and to provide a speaker unit having the mounting structure. SOLUTION: The speaker unit 100 has the mounting structure 1 of the member to be mounted, and a speaker 2. The mounting structure 1 of the member to be mounted has to a mounting place 4a a cover member 3 to which the speaker 2 is attached, a fixing member 7, a recessed groove 8, and a locking arm 9. The section of an inner-periphery surface 10 of the cover member 3 is formed circularly and cylindrically. The fixing member 7 is attached to the mounting place 4a. The recessed groove 8 is recessed from the inner-periphery surface 10 and is extended in the circumferential direction of the inner-periphery surface 10. The locking arm 9 is arranged at an interval in the circumferential direction of the fixing member 7 for erecting from the fixing member 7. The locking arm 9 is locked to the recessed groove 8.
