<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make temperature detection of the inverter arrangement operated so as to make even overheat protection and overcurrent protection operated. <P>SOLUTION: In accordance respectively with a temperature detection result and an overcurrent detection result of the inverter arrangement, different protection is operated so as to enhance the quality.
