<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC multiterminal distribution system performing operation stably without passing an undue fault current even upon occurrence of failure of a device or fault of the destribution line in a DC multiterminal distribution system or device. <P>SOLUTION: In order to perform operation stably without passing an undue fault current even upon occurrence of failure of a device or fault of the distribution line, a current resonance circuit is inserted into the AC circuit of an insulated DC/DC converter, and the fault current is interrupted by the converter by oscillating the current at high frequency and making a zero point of current. In the insulated DC/DC converter, AC current is resonated at a high frequency on the high voltage side of a high frequency transformer in order to reduce circuit loss of the converter furthermore. Furthermore, fault current is interrupted using the insulated DC/DC converter upon failure of a DC distribution system and the failed section is separated by a disconnector when the current becomes zero and then the integrity portion is restarted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
