<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID card issue system capable of issuing an ID card when a user enters a place that requires authentication by the ID card. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises an ID card issuing apparatus and a server communicably connected to the ID card issuing apparatus. The ID card issuing apparatus has a means for reading biological information, a means for transmitting the read biological information to the server, a means for displaying personal information to the ID card on the basis of information for issuing ID cards received by the server, and a means for recording or storing the personal information to an information recording part or storing part of the ID card. The server has a personal information database which registers personal information on an ID card user in association with the biological information read from a body of the ID card user in advance, an extracting means for extracting the personal information from the registered information in the personal information database on the basis of the biological information received from the ID card issuing apparatus, and a means for transmitting the extracted personal information to the ID card issuing apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
