<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production control method for reducing the number of intermediate stocks in a production control method for controlling a plurality of production lines for producing a plurality of types of component packaging substrates in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: In the production control method for controlling a plurality of production lines for producing a plurality of types of component packaging substrates that equipment has in parallel, each of the plurality of production lines produces one type of component packaging substrate from a plurality of types. The production control method includes an acquisition step S1 for acquiring combination information for indicating each type of a set of component packaging substrates that a piece of equipment has, and the number for each type; and a control step S2 for controlling a plurality of production lines so that each set of component packaging substrate groups comprising a type and a number shown in the acquired combination information is produced in a plurality of production lines. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
