<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply achieve the shift control of friction engaging elements during gear shift of an automatic transmission while focusing on a rotating condition and a transmitting torque distributing condition. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic transmission changes over a clutch 1 being engaged to be released and a clutch 2 being released to be engaged during gear shift. During gear shift when the direction of a change in rotation, automatically produced with the release of the clutch 1, is the same as that of a change in rotation resulting from shift control, an inertia phase of performing the correction of inertia with a change in the rotating speed of an input member while changing the rotating speed nearly into a rotating speed to appear after gear shift is executed concurrently with a change-over phase of performing change-over control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
