A structure of an electric energy exchange device is provided to perform charging of a battery regardless of a size of the battery and a position of a contact only by conducting a connection pin of a connection pin group. A structure of an electric energy exchange device(B) includes a main body(C), a sliding body(D), and a limiting body(E). The sliding body is installed in the main body. A sliding groove is formed in the sliding body. A plurality of moving blocks are fitted inside the sliding groove. Connection pin groups of a detection circuit are connected to the moving blocks by wire. When a battery installed in a receiving space of the main body is connected to the connection pin groups of the moving blocks, the connection pin groups are conducted to the detection circuit to detect polarity of the battery.
