RESIN CONCRETE COLUM AND IT'S MAKING METHOD

摘要

Resin concrete post and the manufacturing method thereof provide the post of the high compressive strength and the low specific gravity. A resin concrete post comprises as follows. Calcium carbonate(120) 100~300wt.%, liquid unsaturated polyester resin(110) 100wt.%, initiator(140) 0.5~2wt.% and incinerator ash 10~30wt.% are mixed and cured. A resin concrete post manufacturing method comprises following steps: a step of injecting the unsaturated polyester resin of the liquid in the container(300); a step of mixing and manufacturing calcium carbonate, incinerator ash, and initiator in container; a step of manufacturing post it cures and it is dry the liquid which is mixed after injecting the mixed liquid in the post manufacturing form.
