METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF PEPTIDE

Disclosed is a method for the liquid-phase synthesis of a peptide which can achieve the synthesis of the peptide in a one-pot manner. The method comprises the steps of:(I) reacting a peptide having a Boc-NH group with an acid to deprotect the peptide or (II) subjecting a peptide having a Z-NH group to the catalytic reduction under acidic conditions to deprotect the peptide; and adjusting the pH value of the reaction mixture to 4 to 7.
