METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF FUEL NOZZLE FLOATING COLLAR

<p>A method of manufacturing a floating collar engaged on a fuel nozzle for providing a sealing interface between the fuel nozzle and a combustor wall. The method comprises metal injection moulding a radially extending flange portion, an axially extending cylindrical portion and a sacrificial or feed inlet portion. The flange and cylindrical portions form the floating collar which is free of injection marks and is separated from the sacrificial/feed inlet portion after injection moulding.</p>
