PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device that has improved attachability/detachability of a transfer roller rotatably supported by bearings, and an image forming apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A transfer device comprises a housing and a roller unit 35U. The roller unit 35U includes a rear bearing 351, a front bearing 352, and a retaining member 36. The housing includes a pair of support members that supports the rear bearing 351 and front bearing 352. When the roller unit 35U is attached to the housing, the rear bearing 351 and front bearing 352 are supported by the supporting members of the housing, and subsequently the retaining member 36 is rotated around a shaft front end part 35B, and thereby the retaining member 36 is locked to a locking part of the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
