A model coiled spring device (20) that includes: an actuator unit (30) that comprises a Stewart-platform-type parallel mechanism; a first internal load cell (41) that is housed in a first attachment member (21); a second internal load cell (42) that is housed in a second attachment member (22); and a rotation support mechanism (50). The actuator unit (30) is supported by the rotation support mechanism (50) so as to be rotatable around an axis (L1). The first internal load cell (41) is arranged coaxially with the rotation support mechanism (50) upon a first seat adapter (27) and detects the axial force and the moment that act on a lower-side spring seat (10A). The second internal load cell (42) is arranged coaxially with the rotation support mechanism (50) below a second seat adapter (28) and detects the axial force and the moment that act on an upper-side spring seat (15A).
