PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device with a touch sensing function having the improved external appearance, visibility, and transmission (opening ratio).SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes a display unit 110 and a control unit that controls the touch sensing function. A first light absorbing resin layer pattern 1, a metal layer pattern 2, and a second light absorbing resin layer pattern 3 of a substrate 22 for the liquid crystal display device are formed with the same shape and the equal line width and overlap with each other. Each pattern has an opening including any of a red pixel, a green pixel, and a blue pixel. In the metal layer pattern 2, an alloy element is added by 0.2 at% or more and 3 at% or less to copper. A thin film transistor of an array substrate 23 includes a channel layer containing two or more kinds of metal oxides among gallium, indium, zinc, tin, and germanium. A liquid crystal layer 24 is driven at the vertical electric field. In the touch sensing function, the frequency of the liquid crystal driving voltage and the frequency of the touch driving voltage are different.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
