PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly provide information available without installing a management server.SOLUTION: An information setting terminal 11 receives distribution information to be distributed by a distribution device 12 and transmits the distribution information to the distribution device 12. The distribution device 12 receives the transmitted distribution information and stores the received distribution information. The distribution device 12 divides the stored distribution information into a plurality of pieces of divided information having a distributable size. The distribution device 12 sequentially selects and distributes the plurality of pieces of divided information.
