PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous extraction device, a continuous extraction system, and a continuous extraction method which can obtain coffee extraction liquid having favorable flavor at high concentration by using raw material coffee beans efficiently.SOLUTION: The continuous extraction device and the continuous extraction system using the continuous extraction device mill roasted coffee beans in a state coexisting with extraction liquid. The continuous extraction device includes: a first rotor 15 rotated at a high speed; a tank 1 including the first rotor at a bottom part; and a continuous supply part continuously supplying roasted coffee beans and extraction liquid into the tank. Milling and agitating are repeated continuously to settle a liquid surface level in the tank in a predetermined range and slurry is discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
