A refrigeration cycle apparatus according to the present invention is provided with: a heat source machine that supplies a refrigerant; a first branch unit and a second branch unit that are each connected to the heat source machine; and a distribution pipe that is disposed between the heat source machine, and the first branch unit and the second branch unit and that distributes the refrigerant supplied from the heat source machine to the first branch unit and the second branch unit. Furthermore, the first branch unit and the second branch unit are each provided with a heat exchanger that functions as a condenser. When the refrigerant passing through the distribution pipe is unevenly distributed to the first branch unit and the second branch unit, the degree of supercooling is increased at the outlet of the heat exchanger of a branch unit, among the first branch unit and the second branch unit, in which the degree of dryness of the distributed refrigerant is higher.
