The invention relates to a light-weight and modular construction system provided for buildings of up to four storeys, formed from a metal anchoring (1), base and levelling structure (2), and vertical structural panels (3) as enclosing elements and thermal and acoustic insulation of the façade and partitions, characterised in that said panels are screwed together and to the rest of the structural elements of the system by means of intermediate steel plates (4) and joints which are screwed by means of high-resistance screws, forming joints which are of the articulated type but overall provide a uniform and wall-like working form of said panels (3). The slabs do not use hydraulic materials such as concrete and consist of a main horizontal metal structure (5) and an upper closing element formed by means of a sandwich panel (6) with a variable configuration, screwed to said horizontal metal structure (5). The covering structure is able to adopt different geometries and slopes as a result of a metal substructure (7) and a closing element and cladding formed by means of a metal sandwich panel (8) of variable thickness, quality and materials screwed to said substructure (7). |
