PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new form of coordination between a service provided via a network and equipment.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: a service information storage part that stores service identification information and program identification information on a program that is required to be installed in equipment accompanying provision of a service in association with each other; an association setting part that, in response to reception of a request to use the service with designated equipment identification information and service identification information, stores the equipment identification information and the service identification information in association with each other in an association information storage part; and a program management part that transmits, to the equipment, the program according to the program identification information stored in the service information storage part.
