PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commutation traveling expenses change adjustment device that automatically calculates commutation allowance data according to the company rule on the basis of an application from an employee at the time of changes such as generation of new commutation traveling expenses, change of a route, and cancellation, and that is capable of promptly reflecting the calculated result on a salary paid.SOLUTION: A commutation traveling expenses change adjustment device 100 includes a control section 102 and calculates traveling expenses to be paid in a salary, coordinating with a salary system, at the time of an application for change of commutation traveling expenses. The control section 102 includes: a commutation allowance definition generation section 102a that generates a definition related to a payment reference and a calculation method of a company for a commutation allowance, and stores the definition in a commutation allowance definition storage section 106a; and a data conversion/update processing section 102C that converts input application data for commutation traveling expenses into commutation allowance data on the basis of the commutation allowance definition in the commutation allowance definition storage section 106a, performs update processing of recalculating the commutation allowance data when the traveling expenses to be paid in the salary is adjusted, and stores the updated result in a commutation allowance data storage section 106d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
