Disclosed are a method, device and system for reflecting a service continuity result and quality, intended to solve the problem of adverseness to network optimization caused by the fact that a base station only counts redirected KPIs of a local area in the prior art. The method provided in the present invention comprises: a UE records result and process information about switching/redirecting of the UE from a source network to a target network, and reports the recorded result and process information about switching/redirecting to a network node.
