The speed reduction electric hub system comprises a hub structure, a driving motor (1), a first bevel gear (2), a second bevel gear (3), a first cylindrical gear (5), and a second cylindrical gear (6). The driving motor (1) is embedded in a hub and is mounted at a center support shaft of the hub, and an output shaft of the driving motor (1) and a center shaft of the hub are mutually perpendicular to each other. The first bevel gear (2) is connected to the output shaft of the driving motor (1) and is driven by the driving motor (1). The second bevel gear (3) is linked by being engaged with the first bevel gear (2), and can perform 90-degree right-angle direction conversion of the output power of the driving motor (1) transmitted by the first bevel gear (2). The first cylindrical gear (5) is linked by being connected to the second bevel gear (3). The second cylindrical gear (6) is mounted at one side of the hub, and can be linked by being engaged with the first cylindrical gear (5) so as to drive the hub to rotate by using the center support shaft of the hub as the axis. The speed reduction electric hub system has the advantages: the size is small, the weight is light, the integration degree is high, and the driving torque greater than that of a hub motor without a speed reduction mechanism can be obtained; and the speed reduction electric hub system can be used on all electric vehicles such as electric balance vehicles, electric bicycles and electric automobiles.
