The invention relates to a beam for supporting floor formwork panels. The beam is of the type that comprises a normal straight beam body, couplable to other identical beam elements forming a longer beam, for which purpose it has a coupling terminal on one end, which is combined and therefore couplable with the coupling terminal arranged on the other end, and is characterised in that it has, at least on one of the sides of the beam, anchoring elements which are compatible with those arranged on the ends of the normal straight beams, such that the latter can be perpendicularly coupled to the beam according to the invention, the beam according to the invention also comprising supporting elements for formwork panels on at least one of the side faces thereof. |
