Disclosed is a wireless communication terminal for wirelessly communicating with a base wireless communication terminal. An RF transmission/reception unit transmits/receives a wireless signal. A modulation/demodulation unit modulates/demodulates the wireless signal. The RF transmission/reception unit receives, from the base wireless communication terminal, a wireless signal including a random access trigger frame. The modulation/demodulation unit modulates data to be transmitted to the base wireless communication terminal on the basis of the random access trigger frame, and the random access trigger frame indicates a frequency band, which can be randomly accessed by a plurality of wireless communication terminals including the wireless communication terminal.
