EQUIPMENT FOR AUTOMATIC SHEARING OF COLD-ROLLED VARIABLE THICKNESS PLATE, AND SHEARING METHOD BASED ON SAME

Disclosed are equipment for automatic shearing of cold-rolled variable thickness plate, and a shearing method using the equipment. The method comprises: arranging a thickness gauge (4) and a length measuring device (3) in front of shears (5) successively, controlling the device to recognise the outline of strip material by means of the thickness gauge (4) according to length trace data and a thickness actual measured value and to judge the position of the strip material at the shears (5), comparing it to the set outline of a continuous variable thickness plate material at the same time, and deciding the action moment of the shears. The equipment and the method can efficiently and accurately shear rolls of continuous variable thickness material into continuous variable thickness plate material that a user can use directly.
