FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas and mining industries and can be used for remote drilling of holes in walls of process equipment under pressure. Device comprises a support post, a housing, spindle with a drill and a unit for automatic supply of spindle, lead screw, a connecting flange with pressure control unit, wheel for spindle translation and drive unit for rotation thereof from hydraulic motor. Provided is, located on shaft of a hydraulic motor, a drive gear with two toothed rims engaging with two driven gears, providing simultaneous rotation of spindle around its axis and its translational movement. Support is built-in with a mechanical counter of spindle movement, which provides control and fixation of value of axial movement of spindle and controlling drilling depth.EFFECT: simplified design and higher reliability.1 cl, 8 dwg |
