PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for strengthening force of upper-body and lower-body muscles and doing aerobic exercise simultaneously without using a mechanical load using a metal weight, a rubber, a spring, etc., or commercial power supply.SOLUTION: When electric appliances such as an electrically-driven muscle force training device for training an abdominal muscle and a back muscle, and a music player are used while pedaling a bicycle and operating a generator, a load equivalent to power consumption of the electric appliances is applied to the feet pedalling the bicycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
