PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet apparatus simply fixing a load on a pallet main body. SOLUTION: The pallet apparatus is equipped with: the pallet main body 1; a first frame 2 and a second frame 3 fitted on this pallet main body 1 so as to freely swing up and down; a load pressing member 4 fitted on the first and second frames 2 and 3; and a frame holding member 5 fitted over the first and second frames 2 and 3 and the pallet main body 1, and swinging the first and second frames 2 and 3 downward to press and hold the load pressing member 4 on the top face B of the load A. Since the load A is pressed and fixed to the pallet main body 1 by fitting the frame holding member 5 over the first and second frames 2 and 3 and the pallet main body 1, the load A is simply fixed on the pallet main body 1.
