PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention design technique allowing a salesperson of a house construction company or a customer, who is not a specialist such as a qualified architect, to check design of a building by himself/herself from three different crime prevention viewpoints such as a peripheral environment, a building, and a lifestyle by using a table. SOLUTION: In this crime prevention design technique, a weak point from a crime prevention viewpoint of the building 0104 is graded by using the table 0102, and a crime prevention countermeasure card 0103 corresponding to the graded result can be selected. The selected crime prevention countermeasure card 0103 carries crime prevention countermeasures for overcoming the weak point from the crime prevention viewpoint of the building 0104, so that a person having no special knowledge can perform crime prevention design while efficiently extracting the weak point from the crime prevention viewpoint.
