<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain deformation of a plate-shape member (a separator) by heat generation at power generation, or restrain degradation of sealing function. <P>SOLUTION: A heat-insulating cell 4 for a fuel battery 1 forms a heat-insulating layer with two plate-like members 20 and a seal member 13. At least a part of a seal line formed by the seal member 13 for sealing the heat-insulating layer and an external part of the cell 4 includes a communication part 11 for communicating the external part and the heat-insulating layer. Preferably, a convex part is provided at least on a forming part of the communication part 11 of either of the two plate-like members 20. And it is also preferable, if the heat-insulating layer is formed of a heat-insulating member 10, and the heat-insulating member 10 is arranged at the communication part 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
