<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which is capable of easily designating an area to be partially edited, without soiling an original image surface with a marker or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a both-side reading means for reading both sides of an original; a partial editing processing indication means which indicates execution of partial editing processing and contents of editing; and a partial editing execution output means which, when execution of partial editing processing is indicated by the partial editing processing indication means, determines an area to be partially edited of a front side of the original from the image of a rear side of the original read by the both-side reading means and executes image editing matching editing contents indicated by the partial editing processing means, with respect to an image within the area of the front side of the original corresponding to the determined area of the rear side and executes output processing of an edited image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
