<p>The delay line (100) has five passive elements (205, 305, 405, 505, 605) provided in a signal line (40) and delaying a signal, where the delay line delays an electrical signal and outputs the delayed signal. Each section of the signal line has different electrical lengths and impedances between the pairs of adjacent elements. Each element reflects the signal to produce reflection signals such that the reflection signals are overlaid to each other with different phases. Each element has a flexible part (215, 315, 415, 515, 615) that closely brings the signal line and a ground line (120). An independent claim is also included for a method for delaying signals by selecting passive elements.</p> |
