A cleaning apparatus for cleaning a toothbrush (5) comprises a cleaning container (1) for holding a liquid (4) and parts of the toothbrush (5), and a holding container (2) for holding cleaning tablets (3). The cleaning container (1) can be displaced relative to the holding container (2). The holding container (2) has a removal opening (23) which can be displaced relative to a feed opening (13, 209) in a wall of the cleaning container (1) or of the holding container (2) such that the removal opening (23) and the feed opening (13, 209) form a passage for the cleaning tablet (3). |
