PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric hot-water reserving container having a conventional hard circuit mounted with a water heater and a warming heater and using the water heater for energy-saving warming. SOLUTION: The electric hot-water reserving container is configured such that a content liquid 71 is heated and boiled by a water heater 11a and then stored, and the stored content liquid is warmed by a warming heater 11b at a temperature at which the content liquid is not boiled. The electric hot-water reserving container includes a normal warming mode for controlling the warming heater 11b so as to be turned on/off to maintain the content liquid 71 between a lower limit temperature and an upper limit temperature relative to a selected warming temperature, and an energy-saving warming mode for controlling the water heater 11a to be turned on/off to maintain the content liquid between a lower limit temperature and an upper limit temperature relative to the selected warming temperature.
