PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt anchor reinforcing structure which makes the rotational angle of a locking sub-hook larger and which is capable of preventing the occurrence of low-pitch noise arising from the contact of an anchor pin with the sub-hook at the time of locking. SOLUTION: In the seat belt anchor reinforcing structure, when the anchor pin 94 of an anchor plate 91 provided on an upper component member 61 enters a cutout portion 111 of an anchor hook 101 provided on a lower component member 41, the anchor pin 94 rotates in contact with the sub-hook 122 supported by the anchor hook 101 in a preceding process 161 and prevents the detachment of the anchor pin 94 from the anchor hook 101. In a post-process 162, a guide plate 151 rotates the sub-hook 122, so that the rotational operation angle of the sub-hook 122 can be made larger and the anchor pin 94 can be separated from the sub-hook 122.
