<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended type sun-following light-collecting device free from deflection even though a frame body has a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Since several parts of the frame body 3 are suspended from a support rod 11 formed in the center of the frame body 3 by wires 15, the deflection of the frame body 3 cannot be found even if the frame body 3 has the simple structure. As the structure of the frame body 3 can be simplified, its total weight can be reduced. Furthermore, since tension is applied to several parts of the frame body 3 by the wires 15 from below, the deflection of the frame body 3 can be prevented even if a wind blows to a mirror component 5 from below.
