Provided are a method and system for acquiring the highest rate to access a network by a mobile terminal and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: in a movement process of a mobile terminal, acquiring a network parameter which is used to indicate a network in which the mobile terminal resides at present; and acquiring the highest access rate allowed by the network corresponding to the network parameter. By means of the present invention, the problem in the relevant art that the highest rate cannot be determined due to the variability and difference of a network is solved, so that the maximum rate value in a speed limit policy can be changed dynamically and the rate can be accurately limited. |
