PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress consumption of fuel or electric power used for air-conditioning in a vehicular air-conditioner device mounted to a vehicle such as an automobile.SOLUTION: A vehicular air-conditioner device 20 includes: a first air-conditioning device 20A that has a heater 34 and an evaporator 32 functioning by an operation of a power source of an automobile 1; a second air-conditioning device 20B; and a control section 60 for controlling the air-conditioning devices individually. The second air-conditioning device 20B includes: a first tank to which a cold medium and a warm medium for controlling a temperature of a first intermediate medium 42 are supplied; and a first heat exchanger 41 which is provided in an air-conditioning duct 21 and in which the first intermediate medium 42 is circulated. The control section 60 controls a temperature of the first intermediate medium 42 to a temperature required to achieve an intended indoor temperature when the second air-conditioning device 20B is operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
