PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal orientation analysis method for a specimen which is difficult in an exact analysis of a crystal orientation by the measurement of the crystal orientation by an orthogonal coordinate using EBSD, and an analysis device used in the analysis.SOLUTION: There is provided an analysis method of a crystal orientation which has: a process for imparting an orthogonal coordinate to a measured face of a specimen, and measuring a value of an Euler angle of the crystal orientation at a position which is regulated by the orthogonal coordinate; and a process for converting the position regulated by the orthogonal coordinate and the value of the Euler angle to a position regulated by a cylinder coordinate and a value of an Euler angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
