The present invention relates to: an environmentally friendly resin composition for the outer layer of a decoration tile, wherein the composition can improve productivity since the composition can be coextruded in one process through an extrusion T-die method, is harmless to the human body, has excellent durability, weather resistance, abrasion resistance and transparency, can readily adhere to a print layer even at a low temperature, and can also simultaneously comprise an antistatic property, flame retardancy and an antibacterial property; and a decoration tile comprising the same. According to the present invention, provided is an environmentally friendly resin composition for the outer layer of a decoration tile, comprising an outer layer composition comprising: 100 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene copolymer; and 15-35 parts by weight of a styrene-acrylate-based copolymer, 20-50 parts by weight of a polystyrene-based modified elastomer, 10-20 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer comprising one or more selected from the group consisting of a metallocene resin having amorphous ethylene-propylene (EP) segments, a maleic anhydride (MAH) grafted polyolefin resin and an ethylene-ethyl acrylate resin, 1-5 parts by weight of an antistatic agent, 3-8 parts by weight of a phosphorus-based flame retardant plasticizer, 1-5 parts by weight of an antimicrobial agent, 0.1-1 parts by weight of an antioxidant, 0.2-2 parts by weight of a UV stabilizer and 0.1-1 parts by weight of a processing lubricant on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the styrene-butadiene copolymer. |
