The present invention comprises: a body; a fine dust measurement unit for measuring the concentration of fine dust and generating fine dust concentration information corresponding to the concentration of the fine dust; a display unit for receiving the fine dust concentration information from the fine dust measurement unit so as to digitize and display the fine dust concentration information; a speaker provided in the body of the fine dust measurement device; a fine dust warning unit linked with the fine dust measurement unit, receiving the fine dust concentration information so as to output, on the display unit, a warning sign notifying of danger, and outputting a warning alarm through the speaker, if the fine dust concentration information is increased to be more than a preset fine dust concentration reference value; a light-emitting unit for emitting or flickering color according to the concentration of fine dust; a volatile organic compound measurement unit for generating volatile organic compound concentration information by measuring the concentration of volatile organic compounds remaining in the air inside a vehicle; a volatile organic compound warning unit receiving the volatile organic compound concentration information so as to output, on the display unit, a warning sign notifying of danger, and outputting a warning alarm through the speaker, if the fine dust concentration information is increased to be more than a preset volatile organic compound concentration reference value; a cigar jack formed on the other end of the body and supplying power of the vehicle to the body; a USB terminal provided on one side of the body and formed so as to charge a portable terminal; and suction fans provided inside the body and respectively sucking and discharging air through an air inlet and an air outlet respectively provided on side portions of the body. |
