A color processing system and method for a three-dimensional object is provided. A color processing system for a three-dimensional object according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a file input unit for receiving an input of a three-dimensional modeling file including external shape information of a three-dimensional object and color information of the external surface of the three-dimensional object; a coordinate extraction unit for extracting an internal coordinate which exists inside the three-dimensional object and is located within a predetermined offset distance from the external surface; and a color processing unit for assigning color information to the internal coordinate, using the external shape information and the color information of the external surface.
